Ascension Saint Thomas Three Rivers Primary Care is seeking a Full Time Primary Care physician to join our team in Waverly, TN.

Position Highlights:

• Rural Health Clinic seeing patients of all ages
• Typical work schedule is M - F 7:30 - 4:30
• Hospital call split 1:3 for with 2 other primary care physician in the community (this will reduce in the future as additionalhospitalist are contracted)
• Performing routine medical procedures, exams, screening /preventive services and immunizations
• Working directly with 2 APPsin the clinic that have their own panel of patients
• Prefer experience in a rural medicine practice and someone who is a good team player
• Clinic is located on the Hospital Campus with easy access

Licensure/Certification /Registration:
Required Credential(s):

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. KY License also required if working in a Kentucky facility.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
