Job Description
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance operations for a portfolio of residential rental properties. This role serves as the central point of contact for tenants, vendors, and property owners regarding all maintenance-related issues. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solution-oriented, and excels at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities and DutiesWork directly with Property Manager(s) to support the management of administrative and maintenance operations related to tenants, property owners, and vendors. This may involve tasks such as record-keeping, communication, and coordination.
Qualifications and Skills- Professional Demeanor: Maintain a professional attitude and behavior at all times when interacting with tenants, owners, and colleagues.
- Quality Focus: Emphasize doing tasks correctly the first time, showing attention to detail, and ensuring high-quality work.
- Customer Service
Skills:
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing requests, concerns, and resolving issues in a customer-oriented manner. - Self-Motivation: Be highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently. At the same time, be a team player when collaboration is required.
- Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and troubleshoot common issues. Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet-based tools is essential.

Skills:
Efficiently handle various administrative tasks and have strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize work effectively. - Versatility: Adaptable and capable of handling a variety of tasks related to property management and administration.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong telephone etiquette. - Punctuality: Punctual, reliable, and proactive in resolving any conflicts that may arise in the course of your work.
- Property Management Knowledge (Preferred): Prior knowledge or experience in property management.
