Field Service Technicians

Essential Job Duties:

• On-site installing, configuring, and setting up equipment and systems at customer locations
• Maintenance and Repair to ensure equipment operates optimally and minimize downtime
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Site visits across various areas of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana
• Clear and detailed documentation/reporting of work carried out and repairs necessary on engineer iPad to facilitate 100% warranty recovery
• Provide technical support to customers, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe working environment

Additional Responsibilities:

• Care of company vehicles, reporting of defects
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams

Work Experience Requirements:

• Strong background in Plant industry essential.
• NVQ Level 3 Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
• CSCS card holder is preferred
• Experience of diagnostic tools and computer software including Engine diagnostics
• Ability to thrive and succeed in a busy, ever-changing environment
• Excellent level of attention to detail and conscientiousness
• Preferred dealer experience but not essential

• Good general level of Education including English, Maths, and IT
