As a Float Pool RN, you will provide high‐quality patient care across multiple inpatient units within your clinical skill set. You’ll support areas throughout the hospital, gaining broad clinical exposure while helping meet critical staffing needs.### Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence‐based nursing care Adapt quickly to various units based on staffing and patient needs

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
