Job OverviewLead direct sales efforts in your designated territory, engaging small and medium‑size businesses across various industries. You’ll promote our supplemental insurance products and services to business owners and employees, sometimes presenting to groups of 50‑100+. Your focus is on driving outreach and making a difference.
Responsibilities- Participate in sales activities for part of the week while balancing sales goals.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
- Maintain strong sales skills and apply effective sales strategies.
- Strong communication skills for interactions with customers and sales staff.
- Leadership skills and ability to inspire a motivating environment.
- Strategic planning and product knowledge.
- Customer service skills and ability to train others effectively.
- Pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willingness to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 4 years post‑high school work experience (or equivalent). Candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of experience are considered.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps) and monthly cash sales bonuses.
