• Drive studio growth by owning the sales process—generate leads, follow up, and turn interest into memberships.
• Build strong relationships with members through proactive communication and personalized support.
• Hit daily goals—bookings, outreach, and membership sales—to achieve results.
• Serve as a brand ambassador—represent BODYBAR at local events and help expand our community presence.
• Stay organized by keeping member bookings and interactions accurately logged.
• Create a welcoming studio vibe by engaging with members before and after class.

• Goal‑oriented with an ability to generate membership, retail, and private training sales.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, via phone, and email.
• Passionate about fitness.

• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
