Network Infrastructure Specialist JAARS Covering mile

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our international faith-based organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Design, configure, and deploy network solutions, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Implement and manage network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to support network-related projects and initiatives.
• Maintain network documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends.

• Proven experience as a Network Admin or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
• Experience with network security and firewall management.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
