• Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage line staff to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with our menu standards.

• Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with the head chef on menu development and special events.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Assist in creating a positive and efficient work environment for all staff.

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and maintain composure.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a diverse team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
