• Assist the GM in operating restaurants day‑to‑day.
• Support shift operations to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with operational controls to reach sales and profit goals.
• Help team members through performance and training initiatives.
• Have at least six months of experience as a manager within restaurant or retail.
• Inspire smiles and provide exceptional customer service, upholding Company Core Values.
