Job Summary

We are looking for a service cashier to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a background in Accounting and has strong communication skills.

• processing customer payments (cash, credit, debit) using registers/POS systems,
• accurately scanning items, issuing receipts/change
• providing friendly customer service, including answering questions, and ensuring a positive checkout experience while also maintaining a clean workspace and balancing the cash drawer.
• Post invoices
• Reconcile statements
• Balance statements and finalize data
• Prepare accounts for payments and verify data in system
• Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks

• Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
• Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
• Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
• Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
