What will you do in this Role:

• Conduct individual, group, and family psycho educational groups.
• Contribute to treatment plan development and attend treatment planning meetings and reviews on an ongoing basis.
• Assess environment and patient’s safety status and report/respond to actual and potential safety issues or changes in the patient’s condition.
• Identify risk factors, screening criteria, and interventions for patients with special precautions (e.g., suicide, homicide, falls, elopement).
• Complete relevant assessments, group notes and all other documentation promptly and in compliance with requirements, as appropriate to scope.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess and coordinate patients’ discharge planning needs and readiness for discharge.
• Conduct post‑discharge follow‑up as indicated.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• No Travel Required.
• 1 Year Experience Required.
