POSITION: REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

We are looking for a highly compassionate and competent RN to do an initial assessment visit for our visually impaired client in Crawfordville 30631.

Salary: $65 one-time initial assessment fee visit for new client

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid and current RN license
  • CPR certified
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the service plan as applicable and regularly reassess the client's needs.
  • Participate in in-service programs, training, and teaching other personnel.
  • Develop and implement the service plan for each patient under the direction of their physician or family.
  • Observe and report symptoms, reactions to treatments, drugs, and changes in the patient's physical or emotional condition.
  • Initiate preventative procedures as appropriate for the patient’s care and safety and effect changes in the environment to ensure patient safety and security.
  • Maintain clinical and progress notes for each patient receiving care and provide progress reports to their physician.
