As a Mental Health Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) at HCA Healthcare, you’ll provide hands‑on, compassionate care to patients on their path to mental wellness. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to mental health, creating a safe, healing environment where patients feel empowered and hopeful as they move toward recovery.

• Administer medications, monitor patient status, assist with ADLs, and support therapeutic activities that promote mental well‑being.
• Document care, behaviors and progress clearly and promptly to ensure patient safety and team collaboration.
• Observe and share changes in patients’ mental and physical condition with the care team to guide treatment.
• Offer support and education to help patients build coping skills, stay engaged in treatment and practice self‑care.
• Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide smooth, high‑quality care that supports healing and well‑being.

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Licensed Practical or Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
• High School Graduate or GED.
