Job DescriptionFull‑time, night‑shift Float Pool RN responsible for delivering quality patient care across multiple units. Provides compassionate care to patients and support to families while maintaining nursing standards and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care on a float basis across units.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Document nursing care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and standards.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Associate degree in nursing; bachelor’s preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
- Experience in a fast‑paced acute‑care setting preferred.
- Good communication skills and ability to adapt to multiple units.
