Folkston Park Care and Rehab is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to support both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care needs. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the CNA will assist with basic nursing care and help implement individualized care plans to ensure resident comfort and wellbeing.
Applicants should have completed a state-approved CNA program, with geriatric or rehabilitative nursing experience preferred.
