A well-established partner hospital in Waycross, GA is seeking a passionate and relationship-driven Associate Veterinarian to join their caring and professional team.

• Provide medical care with a relationship-centered approach

• Collaborate with a supportive multi-doctor team and experienced support staff

• Engage with the local community and promote the clinic’s values and services

• Mentor and help develop staff through the Level Up training program

• Manage a dynamic caseload, including routine appointments, diagnostics, and surgeries

• DVM/VMD from an AVMA-accredited college (or equivalent via ECFVG/PAVE)

• Licensed (or able to become licensed) to practice in Georgia

• Open to veterinarians at all levels of experience — including new graduates

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• A commitment to high-quality veterinary care and client service

• Advanced diagnostics:
  Digital x-rays, ultrasound, and surgical laser

• Feline-friendly certified with a patient- and client-centered philosophy

• Active community presence in the Waycross region

• Flexible compensation structure (Salary or Pro Sal with no negative accrual)
