As an Applebee’s Server, you will be the first and last impression for our guests. Your role includes greeting guests, taking and recommending orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will work hard, have fun, and grow within a flexible schedule that promotes work‑life balance.

• Greet guests promptly and kindly.
• Take and recommend orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and address concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Participate in daily operations and assistance with opening/closing procedures.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective communication skills.
• Commitment to providing outstanding service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash and tips.

• Ability to stand and walk for up to four hours continuously.
• Capacity to lift, hoist, and transfer up to 25 pounds.
• Reach, bend, stoop, and stretch frequently.
• Adherence to hygiene protocols, including hand washing and the use of protective coverings and face masks.
• Ability to work with disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
