Montessori Escuela is a warm, peaceful, and kind-hearted Children’s House program serving families in Wayland and Belmont, MA. We are currently hiring for our Wayland location and are seeking a Montessori-trained Guide to join our team as a Lead Guide or Co-Lead
.

Our environment is thoughtfully and beautifully prepared, allowing the educator to focus on being a calm, attentive liaison between the materials and the child. Classroom prep is minimal—just simple morning set-up—so your energy can go directly into the children and the Montessori work you love.

• A Montessori-trained individual (AMS, AMI, or equivalent)
• A calm, confident communicator with parents
• A cheerful, loving presence who can also set firm, respectful limits
• Someone comfortable writing progress reports twice per year and leading parent conferences
• A collaborative teammate who enjoys a peaceful, low-stress workplace
• EEC certification required or attainable upon hire

• $55k–$65k annual salary

This is a permanent position for the upcoming academic year, with the option to begin sooner depending on candidate availability. Future contracts are renewed annually.
