Role: Caregiver in senior living, providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents.
Responsibilities- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
- Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes accurately
- Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents
- Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
- Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Communicate effectively with families and care team members
- In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
- High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
- Compassion, reliability, strong communication skills
