Sales Associate / Front Desk at Elements Massage®

Base pay: $16.00/hr - $16.00/hr

• Pay starting at $16/hr, depending on experience

• Follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty.
• Speak with new and existing clients, listen attentively, and share product knowledge.
• Turn customer criticism into opportunities for excellent service.

• Prior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in person.
• Customer service experience in a spa‑like or similar environment preferred.
• Comfortable with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments processed with easy‑to‑learn computer programs.
• Driven to create a positive work environment for employees and outstanding experiences for clients.
• Availability to work evenings and weekend shifts.
