The Aquatics Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the aquatics program and customer service interactions. Responsibilities include ensuring program delivery according to brand and safety standards, managing instructors, conducting training, handling customer interactions, and teaching lessons if necessary. The role also involves tracking certifications and fostering employee development.

• Interview, hire, onboard, and manage employees for aquatics and service operations.
• Create employee and pool lesson schedules.
• Document incidents involving employees, customers, or the pool.
• Teach and lead swimming lessons as needed.

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• 1+ years of customer service or management experience
• Experience in swimming and fitness instruction/management (preferred)
• Relevant certifications such as Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid (may be obtained during training)
