Ford is hiring a MOS Implementation Leader to drive full deployment and sustainment of GMOS across a major assembly plant in the United States. You will standardize maintenance processes, Maximo usage, PM plans, and predictive maintenance to create a unified site roadmap.
You will lead training for salaried reliability engineers and hourly trades, track KPIs, and coordinate with corporate GMOS teams to ensure enterprise standards are embedded on site.
