Wayne Tower located in Wayne, Michigan.
**** Part time 24 hours a week
**** Qualifications
* ** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* One or more years of office, customer service, or sales/marketing experience; leasing experience preferred.
* Strong written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, internet, and property management software.
* Knowledge of affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD/Section
8) preferred.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
** Essential Functions
*** Perform leasing and marketing activities to meet occupancy goals.
* Complete guest cards, applications, and reports; enter data in Yardi or other systems.
* Greet prospects, conduct tours, present apartment features/benefits, process applications, and close leases.
* Maintain positive resident relationships to support retention.
* Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, Tenant Selection Plan, Lease Agreement, and company policies.
* Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach.
* Provide professional communication with residents, co-workers, vendors, and community partners.
* Achieve company standards for occupancy, closing ratios, Yardi scores, and resident satisfaction.
* Complete assigned training and other duties as needed.
