• Monday & Thursday: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
• Tuesday & Friday: 8:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Wednesday:

• Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities

• Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Complete work orders promptly and professionally
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and tools
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
