We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our client's team at a law firm located in the Wayne, NJ area. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and development.

• Assist the accounting department with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Utilize Excel and Quick Books extensively for various accounting tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions
• Assist with other accounting-related duties as needed

• Prior experience in accounting or related field
• Proficiency in Excel and Quick Books is essential
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a law firm or professional services firm is highly desirable
