Overview

Enterprise Car Sales is a multibillion‑dollar industry leader committed to quality, innovation, customer satisfaction and employee development. Our Service Center in Wayne, NJ is expanding, and we are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform vehicle servicing, repairs, preventive maintenance, in‑fleet service, and buy‑back/turn‑back service according to company policy and procedures. The role requires reasonable judgment and initiative, with a focus on customer needs and adherence to our Quality Standards.

Location:

Wayne, NJ

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour (up to $25.00 per hour with four desired ASE certifications)

Desired ASE certifications:

• A4 – Suspension & Steering
• A5 – Brakes
• A7 – Heating & Air Conditioning
• X1 – Exhaust Systems

• Ensure all repairs and preventive maintenance are completed according to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventive maintenance
• Perform in‑fleet servicing on new cars as required
• Perform buy‑back/turn‑back servicing as required
• Maintain company standards, keeping Out‑Of‑Service vehicles at or below 2%
• Conduct required 109 inspections
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Snow removal and operation of a snow plow
• Perform other related duties as required

• Minimum 18 years of age
• At least 1 year of experience with mechanical service procedures (oil changes, brakes, tire mounting/balancing)
• Ownership of standard hand tools for basic maintenance and repair
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
• Availability Monday‑Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
• Residence within a reasonable commute (no more than 1 hour) of Wayne, NJ, or ability to relocate within 30 days
• Ability to complete a pre‑employment drug test
• Valid unrestricted U.S. driver’s license
• First‑time driver under 21 must complete the New Jersey Graduated Driver License (GDL) program requirements
