We are more than just a Parts Store, and we are looking for talented individuals to join our NAPA family! As a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist, you don’t need to be able to tear down and rebuild motors (though that’s a plus), but having a background and knowledge of automotive parts is preferred. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work day or night shifts, or explore other career paths within us.

• Providing and sourcing parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers
• Using your parts knowledge to assist team members and answer customer questions
• Delivering outstanding customer service and interacting with management and technicians
• Bringing customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment
• Asking questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced
• Informing customers on parts availability

• Enjoy helping fleet customers with their parts and service needs
• Have gained experience in the automotive industry or enjoy tinkering and repairing cars & trucks
• Want to grow your parts experience by working with other NAPA professionals
• Are eager to learn and develop your career with endless opportunities

• Valid Driver’s License
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn auto parts
• High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good listening skills and empathy for customers
• Ability to work in a shop environment, possibly around airports

• Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership industries
• Experience with airport ground support equipment
• Knowledge of cataloging, sourcing, or inventory systems
• Customer-centric mindset
• ASE Certifications
