PositionSummary
The Global Compensation Analyst will support the global organization’s broad-based compensation programs including base salary, annual incentive, and long-term incentive programs. As part of the corporate compensation team, the Global Compensation Analyst will report to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation and be based in Wayne, PA. The successful candidate will have experience working with compensation programs, be comfortable manipulating and analyzing data, be very process- and detail-oriented, be comfortable working with HR systems and have the desire and ability to learn and be a key member of a global compensation team.

The role will provide program administration and analytical support for all corporate compensation programs:
Compensation- Complete annual global compensation surveys.
- Provide compensation-related data from the HR System and/or Stock Plan Administrator as requested.
- Manage the Global Compensation Mailbox inquiries from our global HR/employee communities, providing guidance on benchmarking, salary range positioning and compensation processes/rules.
- Assist with the annual compensation cycle including merit increase, bonus and equity grant process-related activities.
