• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication throughout the project.
• Coordinate with painting crews to assign tasks, set expectations, and maintain timelines.

• Oversee all ongoing residential and commercial painting projects, ensuring they progress smoothly and meet quality standards.
• Conduct regular field inspections to monitor work quality and address any issues promptly.

• Create and manage detailed project schedules, balancing multiple projects effectively.
• Ensure all crews and subcontractors adhere to deadlines and project plans.

• Order and track supplies, ensuring materials are available on time and within budget.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and job-specific materials.

• Perform final walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction with completed work.
• Address any punch-list items or concerns before project completion.

• Enforce safety standards and compliance on job sites.
• Provide regular progress updates to company leadership.

• Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
