Electrical Construction Project Manager
Actalent is seeking an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead multiple projects in Jersey, primarily starting in Monmouth County. The role blends office and field work, managing projects from inception to completion with scopes of $1 to $5 million.
Responsibilities- Manage multiple electrical projects ranging from $1 to $5 million.
- Oversee projects strictly within Jersey, focusing on Monmouth County.
- Attend and actively participate in client and foreman meetings.
- Prepare and review project paperwork and submittals.
- Coordinate and manage change orders and RFIs.
- Oversee ground‑up construction, takeoffs, and multifamily projects.
- Conduct two‑week look‑aheads to keep project timelines on schedule.
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Procore and other project management tools.
- Experience with ground‑up construction and electrical projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience as a foreman or in the field.
- Detail‑oriented with experience in takeoffs, submittals, and change orders.
Five days a week in the office with project work within a 30‑mile radius.
Job Type & LocationContract to Hire position based out of Wayne, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $45.00 – $57.70 per hour. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits. Possible temporary benefits include:
