Worship Coordinator – Part-time

Part-time position with 20 hours per week, supporting worship for English and Spanish services, reporting to Campus Pastor.

• Sunday:
  Lead worship, manage song leaders, support Worship Team and Production Coordinator, prepare resources and communication.
• Tuesday:
  Facilitate Worship Department meeting led by Worship Experience Pastor and Campus Team meeting led by Campus Pastor.
• Other:
  Oversee production needs with Campus Production Coordinator, review past services, manage Campus Runsheet, rehearse weeknights, recruit new team members, retain team through communication and spiritual care, reward team members.

• Faith
  :
  Vibrant relationship with Jesus, leadership for contemporary worship.
• Language
  :
  Spanish-speaking preferred.
• Experience
  :
  Minimum 2 years on a Worship Team at a church of 250+, leadership preferred.
• Knowledge
  :
  Basic music theory, coach musicians/vocalists.
• Musical Abilities
  :
  Competent instrumentalist (guitar or piano) and vocal proficiency.
• Leadership
  :
  Work under pressure with positive attitude.
• Tech Savvy
  :
  Quick learner, adapt to technology, experience with Google apps preferred.
• Communication
  :
  Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Relational Ability
  :
  People person, work effectively with staff and volunteers.
• Schedule
  :
  Available Sundays (setup to teardown), office meetings Tuesday, weeknight rehearsals.
