About Towers Studio

Towers Studio is an innovative, in‑house creative team dedicated to bringing compelling visual ideas to life across a diverse range of client sectors, from restaurants and bars to critical healthcare and professional service companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Production: Independently design and produce high‑quality, engaging social media graphics, short‑form content, and marketing collateral for multiple brand accounts.
  • Platform Execution: Manage the posting and scheduling of content specifically for Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In.
  • Creative

    Collaboration:

    Work directly with the Creative Director and Lead Designer to execute visual direction, brainstorm, and produce final creative assets.
  • Content Consistency: Ensure all content maintains brand standards, voice, and visual consistency across all platforms and print/digital assets.
  • Engagement: Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner on assigned platforms.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with additional marketing needs as required, including, but not limited to business card design, flyers, and minor website updates.
Required Qualifications
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (e.g., Photoshop and Illustrator) is required. Experience with Canva is a plus.
  • Graphic Design Foundation: Strong visual and creative skills with a portfolio showcasing design talent and mastery of fundamental design principles.
  • Platform

    Experience:

    Direct experience creating and publishing content on Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In.
  • Communication

    Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Adaptability & Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, fast learner, and comfortable quickly conducting research to understand diverse client industries.
  • Autonomy & Organization: Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality.

    Location:

    This is a Part‑Time position, requiring 15‑20 hours a week with a flexible schedule.
