ABT US in Wayne, NJ is seeking an afternoon‑to‑evening customer service desk agent for on‑site work. The shift runs 1:00 PM–9:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM on a fixed weekly schedule, with peak demand in the evenings.
You will assist business travellers by taking calls, calming disruptions, chasing airline/hotel responses, and logging details in our systems while maintaining a shared inbox. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and visa sponsorship is not provided.
