An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As a private Independent practice, Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the Doctor's office and provides high quality optometric care and service to patients. Working as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, the terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are all negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice.
• Work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.
• Operate with professional autonomy aligned to your discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor.
• Utilize the fully equipped office and available technology (e.g., Clarifye digital eye examination technology, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System) as applicable in the practice.
• Manage scheduling and patient flow consistent with the practice arrangement, including variable hours or part-time commitments as negotiated.

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
