Atlantic Health - Join our team in the outpatient department at our Wayne location. This role offers flexible scheduling: either 5 days a week (8‑hour shifts) or 4 days a week (10‑hour shifts). We value patient‑centered care, professional respect, and continuous learning.

Base Pay Range

$40.00/hr – $70.40/hr

What Your Day Might Look Like

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop patient‑centered treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and fellow rehab team members.
• Communicate with patients and families to ensure understanding and continuity of care.
• Support various appointment types and adapt care plans as needed.

Principal Accountabilities

Essential functions include patient evaluation, establishing plans of care and treatment programmes, providing interventions, patient and family education, documenting interventions, and billing appropriately. Supports Lead Clinicians in competency development and implementation. Participates in new staff orientation and serves as a clinical instructor for students, exercising independent judgment on moderately complex cases with minimal to no supervision.

Qualifications Requirements

• New Jersey license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy academic programme.
• New graduates welcome.

Preferred

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
