Complete Care is seeking an experienced and energetic Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey. We are looking for a results‑driven, resident‑focused leader who excels in operational management, staff development, regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
About the Role:The LNHA is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day facility operations, ensuring the highest level of quality care and service. This leader will partner closely with clinical, financial, and regional teams to support ongoing performance, strong compliance, and a positive resident and employee experience.
Responsibilities:- Provide overall leadership and direction for all facility departments.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
- Drive strong census, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
- Foster a positive culture that supports employee engagement and retention.
- Maintain survey readiness and lead the facility through regulatory processes.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to support quality improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
- Active LNHA license in the state of New Jersey (required).
- Prior experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong understanding of SNF regulations, reimbursement, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proven ability to drive results in census, compliance, staffing, and quality outcomes.
