You're a PT who wants to lead with integrity, create an amazing patient experience, and help your team grow.

Requirements:

• DPT or MSPT from an accredited program
• Licensed (or license‑eligible) in your state
• 2-3 years outpatient ortho experience
• 1+ year of supervisory/leadership experience preferred
• Passionate about evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement

Clinical/Management Ladder for advancement;
Upward mobility at ALL levels

• Up to $2,500 CEU reimbursement (PLUS Medbridge account for CEU courses included)
• 2 paid CE days
• Leadership mentorship & rotational advancement opportunities
