• Live-Ins.

• Provide personalized, non-medical care that aligns with clients' Service Plan/Care Plan.
• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide companion care activities such as conversation, light housekeeping, meal planning, preparation, and more.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Monitor, record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior, or appearance to the supervisor.
• Utilize our Time Management system for Clock-in/Clock-out and document completed tasks in accordance with company policies.
• Stay updated with our relevant changing technology.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance reviews and evaluations.
• Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred).
• Possession of state-required certifications.
• Valid Driver's License with adequate auto insurance, if applicable.
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect.
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written.
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job.
