Job DescriptionResponsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing basic care to acutely ill patients, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and performing EKGs and Venipuncture as directed by the Registered Nurse.
Qualifications- High School diploma or equivalent
- PCA/PCT diploma with 6 months to 1 year of recent healthcare experience OR
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR
- EMT certification OR
- Enrolled in an accredited nursing school with completed Nursing Fundamentals coursework OR
- Evidence of completion in Nursing Fundamentals OR
- Nursing Assistant training program completion OR
- PCA/PCT, Home Health Aide, or CMA experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- Basic Life Support certification (through the American Heart Association)
