Behavior Technician (after school and/or weekends)
Right Way ABA invites applicants for the Behavior Technician (after school and/or weekends) role.
Base pay: $24.00/hr - $35.00/hr.
Right Way ABA is a woman-owned, BCBA-led business offering in‑home ABA therapy for children aged 2‑18. The company provides training and support for a BT to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
Behavior Technician Duties and Responsibilities- Assist behavioral analysis teams in evaluating mental health patients and their conditions.
- Adhere to behavioral health plans developed by mental health professionals to provide patients with beneficial care.
- Interview patients at home or healthcare facility and draft reports to communicate progress to senior professionals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with patients and family members.
- Professionalism in high‑stress situations.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Listening and reasoning skills.
- Must have reliable transportation for travel.
- Availability for after‑school and/or weekend hours.
