We are looking for a Lead Physical Therapist invested in their patients' outcomes and desiring to be part of a strong team that emphasizes patient experience, clinical growth, and professional development. We offer a comprehensive mentorship and clinical excellence program to avoid burnout and help sustain passion and advocacy for the PT profession.

The Lead Physical Therapist will supervise and ensure operational efficiency in the clinic in the absence of the director, to learn from and report directly to the Director of Rehab and to assist the Director of Rehab in tasks inclusive of weekly / monthly reports and analysis, marketing initiatives and objectives for office growth.
