Physical Therapist – Avalon Rehabilitation & Care Center (Wayne, NJ)
Position Overview
:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide excellent care to our residents in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment. PRN positions available as well.

- Conduct physical and psychological assessments and develop or follow treatment plans.
- Advise on adaptive equipment to aid daily activities.
- Develop rehabilitation programs to help patients regain lost skills.
- Evaluate results and progress of occupational therapy.
- Maintain professional knowledge and keep current with technical progress to provide optimal treatment.
- Assess patient conditions regarding physical and basic mental health.
- A degree in Physical Therapy.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification.
- Experience in long‑term care preferred.
- Must be able to work in Wayne, NJ.
- Up‑to‑date knowledge of treatment practices and PT programs.
