Join to apply for the Training Coordinator role at Labcorp in Wayne, NJ. Labcorp is seeking a Coordinator to manage training and onboarding for new employees. The ideal candidate is an independent self‑starter, collaborates with leadership, and is passionate about training, continuous improvement, and customer‑centric work in an innovative company.
Compensation and SchedulePay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 pm – 3:30 am.

- 401(k) plan only for employees scheduled < 20 hours per week.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees and initial training.
- Provide ongoing group and individualized training.
- Create and deliver training on company and department policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement resources and programs to meet training objectives.
- Evaluate and update existing training materials and plans.
- Serve as a compliance resource for department employees.
- Support leadership with quality and service metrics.
- Assist with improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Maintain accurate logs and training records.
- Deliver training with respect and professionalism.
- Assist with workflow during high volume or coverage needs.
- Travel to client sites and other branches for training.
- Other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Previous training or leadership experience a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to travel throughout territory.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
