The Bristal is seeking a compassionate Resident Services Aide to join our on-site Wayne, NJ community. This full-time role (7am-3pm) supports residents with daily living activities and provides safe, dignified care within a premier senior living environment.
Applicants should hold a CNA or HHA, have English proficiency, and experience with geriatric care. You will ensure residents’ wellbeing, assist with ADLs, and adhere to all safety and care policies.
