Leads and facilitates all agile ceremonies and delivery practices for two scrum teams, working closely with the practice lead to deliver products and services aligned to defined outcomes. Supports the ongoing development of a lean agile framework and applies appropriate delivery methodologies across teams and business areas. Maintains delivery momentum by managing risks, blockers, and dependencies, while ensuring alignment with product, engineering, and quality practices.

Drives continuous planning and transparency through regular ceremonies, clear communication, and shared delivery metrics. Builds strong team dynamics, encourages collaboration, and creates an environment focused on continuous improvement. Ensures the right stakeholders are engaged at the right time to support effective communication and decision-making, and provides wider support to enable the organisation to operate effectively as an agile delivery practice.

Experienced in delivering software and digital products within agile environments, managing multiple scrum teams toward predictable outcomes. Strong knowledge of agile and delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, Prince, LeSS, XP, and Six Sigma, along with modern engineering and quality practices such as story mapping, CI/CD, BDD, TDD, and automated testing. Demonstrates a solid understanding of the full product lifecycle and quality standards for product and engineering.

A confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, able to navigate ambiguity and balance autonomy with alignment ws ownership, adaptability, and collaboration in fast-paced environments. Proficient in using tools such as JIRA or Azure Dev Ops, with additional portfolio or programme delivery experience as an advantage.
