- Solid experience in Data Engineering & ETL (Data Stage, SSIS, HDFS, OWB, Data Quality)
- Strong RDBMS expertise: DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
- Experience in monitoring & production operations (Splunk SIEM, Control-M, AWS Monitor, ITIL)
- Skilled in Kore.ai / conversational AI, NLP pipelines, and Service Desk integrations
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins & CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent in solution design, HLD/LLD, problem-solving & stakeholder communication
