Retail Supervisor – Inventory

WIS International is looking for a Retail Supervisor – Inventory to lead and coach Inventory Associates, ensuring accuracy and consistency in inventory management.

• Hourly Rate: $19.00 – $24.00 (based on comparable positions)
• Employment Type: Part-time (flexible, varied hours)
• Location: Wayne, NJ

• Coach and train Inventory Associates on accuracy
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow and playbook for success
• Lead and engage, serving as primary contact for resolving event-related concerns and executing directives from Area or District Manager

• Minimum 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, stand, walk, remain active during shifts
• Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools
• Strong focus and attention to detail, reliable attendance, positive team attitude
• Access to reliable transportation
• Willing to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report and drug screen if required
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements if required
