Overview

Retail Store Manager (RSM) work as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSM’s lead by example as brand ambassadors, create energy and excitement around our products and services, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where customer needs are the first focus. They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with customers by building new and deepening existing relationships, uncovering customer needs and educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions.

• Lead by example, demonstrating the behaviors and actions needed for the team to succeed, including helping customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey (online, through Customer Care, or in-store).
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Oversee all store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and the implementation of new store programs and initiatives.
• Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the standard device and service plan, including accessories and emerging IoT devices to keep customers connected to their lifestyle.
• Maintain the store at its best and deliver a first‑class customer experience.

Approaching service and sales needs with patience, honesty and empathy. Become proficient in the use of digital tools designed to enhance interactions and onboarding to actively demonstrate:

• How our coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, providing a fast LTE network.
• How plans and services enable customers to live unlimited, stay connected, and go further.
• How we redefine wireless, including device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.

Complete trainings on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources. Build relationships with and partner with employees across channels, including business and customer service to:

• Own the customer experience and resolve issues, creating a seamless, run-around-free environment.
• Identify and hand off small business leads.
• Develop strong peer relationships where everyone is accountable for the company’s success.
• Be willing to have a good time while providing first-class customer experience.

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full-time (45 hours) availability
