Job SummaryResponsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from sales floor to staging area, using handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations, and operating equipment. Omni Experience Ambassador will be working within all digital initiatives including: BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

- Clean and organize environment inside the OMNI Space. Bin storage to organize member orders based on gold standards. Storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained according to safety standards.
- Understand how to access and read production and/or financial performance reporting for your department. See the connection between consistent execution and the positive impact it can have on the business.
- Process member purchases quickly, courteously, and friendly by pulling merchandise from a pick list. Use handheld scanner devices (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor. Verify merchandise and move it to the staging area.
- Communicate problems with inventory and/or equipment and inform about expired or short‑dated items included on the pick list.
- Communicate with the club team when merchandise needs replenishment.
- Work with the team to pull merchandise from the reserve area, when possible, to avoid sales floor replenishment.
- Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet all productivity requirements.
- Work with urgency to ensure deadlines are met up to and including key performance indicators based on individual performance.
- Follow operational efficiencies, processes and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
- Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership on performance when metrics are not met.
- Securely package the order according to standard operating procedures.
- Keep SFC area neat, clean, and organized. Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area. Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to standard operating procedures.
- Process returns to the club and determine how to handle them (via DDR or Membership desk).
- Maintain all club policies and procedures. Include adherence to proper dress code standards.
- Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics and goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
- Previous order pulling experience preferred.
- Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
- Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
- Most of the time is spent moving about continuously on hard surfaces. There may be a need to frequently position oneself to examine and/or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
- Continuously requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects more than 30 pounds with assistance.
- Usually in a comfortable environment surrounded by moving machinery and/or loud equipment. There may be exposure to temperature extremes at times to pull refrigerated orders.
- There may be occasional exposure to company‑approved cleaning agents.
In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position: $16.50 – $19.80.
