Customer Service Associate

Base pay range: $15.92/hr - $18.00/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting and offering assistance with products and services; resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices with all team members.
• Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommend items for sale and trade‑up or companion items.
• Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records; check in and price merchandise as required.
• Implement company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional and seasonal displays, and complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement per policies; perform stock rotation using FIFO.
• Maintain working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and related services.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities (monitor orders, pick items, deliver to customers).
• Assist with interior and exterior maintenance to keep store condition and appearance clean and orderly.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by manager or corporate.

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Requires willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer to be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)

Salary Range: $15.92 - $18 / Hourly. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors including geography, skills, education, experience, and other relevant factors. This role will remain open until filled.
